It models the RMFS dispatching layer — AMR fleet, graph topology, stations, order arrivals, and traffic. It does not model AS/RS, conveyors, or human pickers, so it fits pod-to-person operations specifically.
How do I present a result a client will trust?
Every run is reproducible under its seed, and waremax-metrics exports HTML/PDF reports. Multi-seed sweeps with confidence intervals give a defensible basis for a recommendation.
